I have had many problems in dealing with Carphone Warehouse. I was told by Orange & Carphone Warehouse that if I go into the store 2O miles away that I'd get my phone replaced there and then for a working one - which didn't happen.

The member of staff told me explicitly I could not get a replacement phone during its repair - despite having received a letter today saying that they had tried to get in touch to tell me that my phone had been sent away and that they would give me a replacement one if I go back to that store.
