On the Alitalia flight between Miami to Rome: My seat was broken, my TV didn't work, the bassinet that we got for our baby was extremely dirty, we had to open 3 sealed blankets until we have found a clean one, all pillows were dirty. This low quality airline has just decided that if you fly with kids and have a stroller. you don't need the stroller in Rome and they deliver it directly to your destination.

Outside of that, when we got to Rome airport, we got to a terminal without jetways. We had to go down the stairs and get into a bus that hasn't left until it was totally packed. The terminal was old with lots of stairs.

On the flight from Rome to Tel Aviv: Plan was extremely dirty, the backs of 2 out of 3 seats were internally broken, one tray table broken, everything else is old and dirty.

On the flight from Tel Aviv to Rome - Same as before. Late departure.

On the flight from Rome to Miami - Late departure, everything is dirty, horrible food and on top of everything, they have told all the parents who boarded early that they have never ordered a bassinet. They have seats people with no kids in the seats that allow you to latch a bassinet. The only good thing I have to say about them is that they have tried to correct this mistake. Our stroller was broken during transit, we didn't even bother to file a claim.


We have paid top dollars for this flight and were extremely disappointed. Every person that we have talked to has mentioned that he will never ever fly with the airline. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even fly with them for free.
