I purchased a bathroom sink from Trading Post on July 1, 2009 and it did not arrive until a few weeks later. It had a deep scratch on the inside of the basin. I contacted them the same day and asked for them to retrieve the sink and refund. It took until August 14, 2009 and many emails and phone calls to retrieve the sink but I am still awaiting the refund even though they promised me a refund on 2 separate occasions. I now have to take them to small claims court. I wish I had known about these reviews before I purchased. I would not have done so had I read some of these reviews.
