I have two pairs of GHD Professional Ceramic Hair Straighteners. A pink limited edition one and black pair. The pink paor i had first then a year after my mother in law bought me the black ones. The black ones were not as hot as the pink ones so i used the pink ones. After about six months the pink ones broke as the light doesnt come on and the black pair now have done the same. Both out of warranty. Black ones used for only 6 months. I think it is the cable. I refuse to buy another pair as altogether these cost £250.
