I work in the IT industry and sometimes I must work from home. Needless to say that I need a fast and reliable connection from home. For me, the price is irrelevant but the quality is. There are a lot of broadband plans out there for 3 pounds a month with what they call "fair usage policy". Which means the provider will block you to 56 kbps like in the 1993 if you use too much bandwidth. How much is too much? You never know. Be Broadband is not in this category of providers. You pay the price and you get:

- A fast connection for downloads and uploads
- Stable connection so you can keep SSH sessions to your servers live for days
- Free fixed IP
- Up to 20 more fixed IP. Great if you want to setup a couple of servers at home
- Up to 100% uptime

Bethere is the perfect choice for people that take their internet presence seriously.

I tried their technical support a couple of time and they replied very fast.

Just one issue: when I moved they took 1 week to activate my connection in my new address. I had to use the dial up connection and I wasn't warned that the phone number they provided is not free of charge. I paid about 100 pounds during this week of slow connection...
