This was our first time at Trewlane Manor and indeed our last. I booked a silver caravan and it was utterly, utterly filthy. There were so many stains on the carpet that you couldn't see the original colour. The curtains were mouldy. The windows were falling out and didn't lock. The beds reeked of damp. I could go on and on. I've been staying in caravans for the last 22 years and this is the worst experience that I've ever had. After complaining, we were upgraded but had to move to another park. There is also absolutely nothing for teenagers to do.
