I visited the Blackpool branch of Dunelm Mill on the Squires Gate estate.

The service was abysmal. I needed help selecting a suitable fabric but the assistants had no knowledge of the stock.

The service was slow and the assistants attitude was a disgrace. The assistant was uncooperative towards an elder member of staff at which I was disgusted. A couldn't care less attitude is not what I expect in any store.

I will never visit this store again. As it was late in the day when I visited it was my only choice to go to Dunelm Mill. If I need fabric in the future I will visit Preston which has a great shop (Abakhan Fabrics Mill Shops) with knowledgable, helpful staff and discount prices!
