I have tried to order a laptop from ebuyer, and as a first time buyer thought that it would be simple. I guess not. I have received an email from them telling me my order has been cancelled because they need to carry out "additional security checks" on me. The card is mine, in my name, my address is MOD property and that can be verified, we have a phoneline in our name etc etc, but I do not have a passport or driving licence and all the bills are in my husband's name, so this means I cannot order from them. Gee thanks, what use is a shop that I can't buy things from?! It stated "free delivery" on the website and this wasn't true, it was an additional £10. I am really quite annoyed that I can't order a laptop without having to give my whole life history it seems. VERY disappointed.
