Flights were on time with amazing staff. The reps were really nice and always at the hotel packed with loads of great advice and tips. The hotel, for a 3 star self catering hotel, was clean and the staff where very friendly. I cant fault Thomas Cook, I always travel with them and they are the best! When ever I travel with any other operator I have been left disspointed. Honestly, I cannot believe all these bad reviews, I travel with them 3 times a year and had no problems!
