Have just returned from a holiday in Malta, flew both ways with Air Malta. Both flights were on time, seat, legroom and meal were reasonable for an economy flight of this duration. However on both flights people in the row in front of me had their seats reclined when we were coming in to land when I mentioned this to the steward on the outward journey he replied that the person was asleep I said that he had got to get up soon, the steward walked off. On the return journey I mentioned the same problem to the stewardess she just shrugged her shoulders, when I asked for a refund for having less crash room than the person in front she got the seat raised, Check in and baggage collection were also fine. However I will not be flying by choice with this airline until it improves it's attitude to my safety.
