Didn't have any problems with Insure and Go at all! Got the policy in minutes thanks to their nice and simple web-site. All the documents were emailed to me straight away and I got lots of useful information through the post too. Had to claim because my baggage got lost on the way their, was stranded in a foreign country with nothing! Called Insure and Go (using the number on the little policy card they sent me) and I was reassured by a lovely woman that I had cover on my policy for buying essential items until my baggage was found. When I got back to the UK I called them again, they sent forms, I filled them out, send evidence (receipts etc) and got a cheque through the post a few weeks later. I've recommended them to all my family and friends and they've all been pleasantly surprised too. To anyone researching Insure and Go for their insurance, remember that people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience. I just had to leave something because I was so impressed with their service. Double thumbs up!
