British Airways is a joke. I am a frequent traveller & sometimes i travel with them because i had no option. Other than the comfort of terminal 5, this airline is a joke. Even if you have 50 grams more, they will charge for it. Cabin staff are always rude and probably you have to pay to make them smile. Flying was never pleasant with BA, as the worst turbulance i have ever experienced with is BA..
I wont even put my dog on BA

I fly regularly with British Airways and never have any problems both on the ground and in the air- the cabin crew are among the best in the industry- highly trained and with a wide knoweledge of the inflight service.
