Absolutely one of the worst online companies I have every had the misfortune to use. Still waiting for the delivery - they have an order tracking facility, which confirms my order is overdue but there is NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There is a 'contact' page but it just refers you back to the order tracking page or the FAQs page. There is a postal address but no email or phone number!
FOTO.com are so pathetically cynical that they don't even pretend to care about customer service. Once they have your money you are on your own - whether you get the product or not.
