Just returned from Haggerston Castle 5 star holiday, this must be rated out of an 100 star cos it was dreadfull to say the least. On arrival we recieved a key to a luxurious dog kennel, took the key back and got another caravan opened the door to another luxurious chicken shed just inside the door was a mop stood upside down with more hairs and grime than you would get off a barbers floor. Took the keys back to be upgraded free of charge to a prestige caravan even had a microwave, curtains torn, muck in the corners on this occasion we should have took keys back and claimed a refund but we just gave a clean ourselvess and disinfected it. I havnt mentioned the duvets yet, well here goes, must have been about 20 years old and the pillows too. Our eldest daughter wouldnt even sleep on the bed covers and slept with a towel over her on the couch. There is only one good thing to come out of Haggerston Castle is the unguarded road back home, never again, beware not good.
