RUBBISH!
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT NO STARS BUT THIS WEBSITE MADE ME CLICK ON ONE STAR!
If you need to contact customer services expect to be on hold for at least half an hour. They are only open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri but don't think about calling after work as at 5.30pm you get an answer phone message saying they are closed and at the same time saying that they are open until 6pm! Call the 'sales team' and of course you get through in less than one ring!But of course they can't help you. If you try calling in your lunch break after about half an hour you get someone answering your call saing they are really busy and someone will call you back- I did that about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't been called back.
They only offer a 7 working day returns policy- the product must be returned unopened- how do you know it doesn't work if you can't open it!!!!! If you do get to talk to someone they will tell you to take it back to Eg the O2 shop- I did this only to be told this was rubbish and I had to send it back to Dialaphone. By this time I was very close to my 7 day return period (Dialaphone have to have received it within 7 workin days- and it will cost you approx £5 to send back as they only accept special deivery).
