Requested a credit card from Capital One - "The No Hassle" credit card...

Received a Platinum credit card, but it had a credit limit of only $1000. We kept maxing out the card so we would pay it off multiple times each month. We asked each month to have the credit limit increased, but they said the card was too new.

Once we reached 1 year with the card, the $29 annual fee showed up on the statement. We tried one final time to have the limit increased and they said no. So we canceled the card.

Less than a week later (after we canceled), they sent a note that said "Congratulations, your credit limit has been increased to $6000!!"

I have never had so much frustration and hassle as I had with the "No Hassle" credit card. ZERO response from customer service.
