Ordered bowflex 1090 dumbbells, never received an email confirmation. Checked my order online and it then said "Product Deleted". So I called Elite Supplements and they said the product has been discontinued. I then requested a refund and the lady said they will ship me an alternative product ! I told her no, I want a refund and she said the product has already shipped. They charged my credit card £389.00 for an alternative product to the bowflex 1090 dumbbells! So when they arrive, I am going to refuse the order and tell them to ship it back. They never called me to inform me the product had been changed without my permission. Now I have to deal with this by taking time off work ! UPDATE to this, I called them back and now they are saying they can ship the bowflex 1090 dumbbells next month from an alternative location but will need to charge my credit card ANOTHER £389.00 for that order, but will credit once they receive the other product back. So I said that is fine, but he then said it would take 20 to 25 additional days for the credit to go through. Told them to forget it, will take my business elsewhere !
