1. having taken three direct debits for one account it took two years to get my £400+ back from Pipex Broadband
2. When they changed to Tiscali they said my DD at the bank would be changed automatically, I need do nothing. They then threatened to cut me off three months running unless I paid immediately over the phone. When I cancelled my subscription and switched to BT they sent debt collectors and threatened my credit rating. i am still seeking compensation in return for my 9 loyal years to a terrible company. Avoid them.
