Bought the car which had a few problems which I noticed from the test drive, they said that it would be sorted when I pick the car up. Told to pick it up as late as possible on a saturday. When I picked it up there were loads of problems but they went home before I could say anything.

The car was not prepared and part of the car I HAD TO PUT BACK TOGETHER MYSELF.

I took the car back the following saturday as the car had loads of problems.

I waited 2 weeks for the car to be fixed, they hadnt even started it by then. Endless phone calls and visits, didnt get anywhere. They never phone you back just excuse after excuse.

Told that I would get a refund. Waited 2 weeks to find out that im now not. I had to chase for the money about 6 times with phone calls and visits.

Still no returned calls.

Just been told no refund and will have to take the car back instead.

Oh the car still hasn't been fixed.

I have owned the car for nearly 5 weeks and only driven it twice. Done about 40 miles and thats it. Havnt seen it for 4 weeks now.

The Car Shop customer service is non existant.

    I had similar problems with the car shop in Cardiff. I advise yourself and anyone else in this position to go to trading standards, the more people that complain about this company the better.
    (I was lucky enough to have my deposit back after being told that I would not be getting it back by the manager)
