Have been with Orange Broadband since they took over from Wanadoo. Have had no problems up to now, they put my monthly rate up from £14.99 to £19.99 and since then we have had nothing but trouble. We had no internet for 3 weeks, customer service is not good, Indian call centre and they do not seem to know how to sort out a fault. We have a new router now and that keeps disconecting it is so annoying. It is 50p per min to call tec support and they keep you on the line for ages. We are going to change to another provider and hopefully will get more support than from Orange.
