Their client service (especially follow-up), communication between them and local flower, price value - everything is C level. You do not want to have extra hustle in special occasion (I used this in funeral occasion).
I tried to solve the problem patiently with Bloomex but they keep ignoring my request for the conversation, therefore I decided to write this.
1) Delievered flower was less than half value, less than half of numbers and types of flowers, simple plastic pot instead of standing display.
2) Compensation process was delay, in the end I did not have any credit / refund even if it was due to their error and delay in the process.
3) You could never reach them over phone.
4) Client service in Skype and their manager's contact seems remote and they have no accurate and timely track system for what they offered and what actual status is.
