Ordered two bowling and one pamper for me and friend ,pamper one is in date till aug 2010 so pleased as for birthday(altough after looking around they re a lot of these deals around the same price, had to chase up the bowling vouchers and ring up,was told they would be arriving soon and said they would be be valid until aug 2010 as i asked as for xmas pressies arrived they arrived but only in date til dec 09 dissapointed as wanted to give for friends and their children for xmas,rang up ,they apologised but said they will refund or exchange as not doing the bowling next year- very dissapointed have spoke to several people inc manager today, not happy they will exchange for something on site as not continuing next year with the supplier(dont want to exchange as picked for xmas) they will refund if i send in vouchers,stated i wasnt happy i thought i ought to be able to kep the the bowling tickets and be refunded,manager said it wasnt feasible,i then said i wasnt happy would like to send bowling and pamper tickets back for refund, due to t and c i would get a refund minus 25% off the pamper voucher but would get the bowling fully refunded ,so after being asked "to bear with me" all week i feel very dissapointed with the service. Will not use Activity Superstore again as not satisfied, manager gave me customer service address so i could write in.
