Moved to them from Lloyd's, one of the biggest mistakes I've made. Signed up to their account mover scheme and they managed to mess it up. They moved my direct debits almost 10 days before moving my money. The net result is a number of direct debits bounced resulting in all sorts of charges from credit card companies and other institutions. They and Lloyds mess up and we the customers pick up the bill.
On top of that I applied for a credit card from them as I'm unhappy with my current provider, it seems that you have to bank with them for 3 -6 months before you can do that, wish that I had know that before I signed up with them.
All in all, not a pleasant experience and a waste of my time
Co Operative Bank call centre staff are friendly but that is about it.
