Absolutely terrible!I opened my student account with Natwest as I was already a customer, and wanted the rail card!BIG MISTAKE!!
Trying to get the rail card is like getting blood out of a stone!They told me that I would recieve all the forms in my welcome pack, yet I received a welcome pack for a completely different account, and nobody had a clue how to order the right one!
everybody in branch and in the call centres are completely useless, they haven't got a clue whats going on and basically just past you around to different people, and don't care if your problem is solved, as long as you're not bothering them anymore!
Right after this, I'm going straight to Natwest to close my account, and open an account else where!
