Why did I not know about this great website before I placed a £40K order with Apropos? Their pitch, design and hype convinced us they could easily tackle the task of creating a bespoke glass structure linking our house with a listed adjacent barn. However, they use sub-contractors to install and they botched the job - leaving us with a wet room rather than a water-tight structure. Try contacting them and you'll be passed from department to department, given a variety of excuses and left wondering why you believed any of the text on their glossy website. Apparently the hose we used to simulate rainfall was the problem, rather than the holes, gaps and ill-fitting structure. We've had site visits from a selection of employees and to date are still waiting on a response and solution to the issues. Our architect is horrified at the installation. Don't get sucked in by the hype and feel free to come visit our wet-room - it's a masterpiece in how not to do it.
