I paid £60 extra on my Thomas Cook Airline flights for aisle seats. I had the appropriate seat on the outward journey, but on the return trip all the aisle seats had been allocated. I made it clear to the flight attendants that I needed extra leg room because of my height and the fact that I suffer from claustrophobia. I had to put up with a cramped seat for the flight. I was promised a refund by the cabin crew. This has not been forthcoming, despite constant letters. It is now 5 months and I have heard nothing. Some service - never again!
