Fantastic shoes and a fantastic level of customer service. I was highly skeptical about going into the shop, as previous encounters have left me unimpressed. However, more recently the chain has improved dramatically, stocking very fashionable items and still at a reasonable price. The customer service was fantastic. They did not have my size in the first branch i went to, but they tracked it down from another store. This store too gave me the same high standard of service. I think this chains troubled times are over and they are establishing themselves as a major competitor in both fashion and practical elements. I'll be back at the store soon and am keen to make another great purchase. Well done Barratts.
