My Virgin .net connection "up to 8MB ha ha" kept dropping and finally died.
Helpline said no problems here.
Checked my BT phone service everything fine..........

Bought new phone line, modem , filter and modem connector...no change.

Wiped my computer and re-installed Vista etc..lots of fun....no change

By now I am fearing that I have been cut off for some reason!

That all took a week to do then I called helpline again.

3/4 of an hour later I was informed that I have a data loss
Oh says I , is that bad, when will it be fixed?

Don't know, thankyou.............

Actually it took FIVE DAYS, no appology, no explanation.
When I contacted them a month later , they replied with stock reply,
Dear customer, we appologise for the inconvenience!!!??
Cotacted them again about this and they asked what modem or router do I use.

Don't even think about using Virgin if you want a decent service..terrible!

I was offline for two weeks and pay 17.99 a month for the privilege.
