Confused.com - yes it is! What a waste of time! After spending 20 minutes putting in all my personal details, I got a page full of quotes that were wrong. I then had to be directed to all the insurers websites where the quotes had to be recalculated and all my quotes ended up being £200 or more HIGHER than what I had originally been told on confused.com. I had to spend the rest of the day calling all the insurers trying to find the best quote - confused.com actually made getting my insurance more time consuming and frustrating.
