I recieved a £250 gift voucher through work and decided to spend £75 of it on a luxury hamper for my sister. I was unable to register my voucher and order my gift on the website as it wasn't working correctly. I phoned the call centre and ordered the gift along with giving the delivery address and a specific instruction to leave it in the porch by the back door. The operative i spoke with sounded as if he couldn't actually be bothered with taking my order and i put the phone down thinking that i would be lucky if the gift arrived. Low and behold , after eight days my sister still hadn't recieved the gift that should have been delivered within seven days. I emailed them stating the problem and giving the delivery address again so they could check , and i got a very short,very blunt email back saying' The item was delivered three days ago , check with neighbours' Who asked for it to be left with a neighbour ? I certainly didnt. Needless to say the neighbours hadn't seen it ( or so they say ) DO NOT EVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON ANYTHING TO DO WITH REDLETTERDAYS,
