The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. I had a fault with my broadband and the phone calls cost 25p a minute. I must have spent hours trying to rectify this and finally didn't. They have said they are even going to take September's money out of my bank when I didn't have broadband for August. They cost me a fortune in phone calls all to no avail. Thank god I have left Tiscali.
