I absolutly love this pushchair i bought my first Bebe Confort Loola brand new for my daughter when she was 13months old and she was vey comfy, both myself and my partner enjoy pushing it. the only fault i found was the straps seemed quite tight. i sold my first loola (for more than i bought it for!!)then when my son came along i saw that they now come with a longer harness so i bought the whole travel system, wish i had known about loolas for my fisrt baby i got through 4 cheaper pushchairs before he was 1!! i have spoken to people who dont like the loola at first but when i show them how it actually works they soon change their minds, also the majority of faults people mention in reviews are simply down to improper use and not reading the user manual. i have come across several people who have complained that their chassis does not fold properly only to find they had never removed the packaging strips, simply pull out the 2 white strips and it works fine. I cannot fault the newer loola and will recomend them to anyone but i will also recomend they read the instructions and make themselves aware of how to use it as it can be a little tricky if you dont know what you are doing.
