After being with AOL for ten years I have built up some affection for AOL and AOL Broadband.
That was dented a year ago when they messed me around over changing my service package to wireless including the AOL Talk package. It took endless, frustrating, phone calls to AOL Helpdesks to get that sorted.
Then a month ago my SpeedTouch Router failed and despite endless promises AOL Member Customer Services have lied consistently about sending me a replacement. We are now on the fourth promise of a replacement - meantime I have bveen without the internet so have had to invest in a Vodafone Mobile Broadband dongle which works so well that I might just cancel my more expensive AOL subscription and stick to Vodafone!
