I ordered my tables, chairs and cushions on the 20th May 2009. Naturally the money was taken out of my account. A warning, never use your Visa Debit card, use a credit card then you have some clawback possibilities!. One of the chairs arrived smashed, the cushions never arrived., and despite contacting Alfresia so many times, e mailing, calling etc, never once did they call me back. Photographic evidence was supplied of the breakages, and today 19th August still nothing has been done.
I did manage to get through to an extremely helpful staff member. lets see what happens, but Summer is nearly over now and I have purchased these items for nothing! This is a severe warning to me to Never Ever buy on line again. Better to go to a reputable shop.
