I was with Tiscali broadband and telephone for about 2 years before what i considered to be a good service turned drastically bad. I made 11 long phone calls to call centres abroad to try and get reconnected after conection failure. Over and over again after waiting ages in queues they went through the same fault finding process but to no avail. Eventually i gave up with them and let them know i would be cancelling as soon as i found a new broad band and telephone provider. Once i found a new provider i tried to cancell my package with tiscali, this was nightmare number 2. They kept taking money by direct debit from my account even after i told them to stop. I asked them to send me a paper bill as i had no internet but none came. They also charged me for broadband for the period that it was not working.
