I bought a Weston Bunk Bed from Best Choice Furniture Ltd. Excellent Product and good value for money. But the appalling Customer Service made buying this a stressful expieriance. No 24 hour delivery, virtually impossible to speak to by phone. We did get an email promising delivery the following Wednesday. When I rang and managed to get through on Wednesday morning I was told off for daring to expect a delivery on a Wednesday..... However, when the bed arrived the following day it was great and the delivery driver was very helpful.
