when i took out my CIS premier house contents cover,i understood it offered the value of your goods on the reciept, I have been with CIS for over 22yrs,and have just made my first real claim, CIS then have to claim back from council liable for my damaged goods. i was passed through 2 outsourced company's, then offered just 22.5% less than a quarter of my goods value, ' i queried decision, and as CIS premier policy states cleary 'NO deduction for depreciation and wear and tear, CIS would not discuss policy detail, not allowed to speak to a manager or know whether i was being recorded, i was told i could not be put through to complaints, and in response to my upset and saying i will take away my business, the reply was a couln't careless your choice!
