I must say that I had great reservation before going on my flight as I had read so many negative comments about Thomas Cook Airline. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The flight was on time and despite an initial confusion about where the premium passenger check was everything for check in went smoothly. I was also glad I had upgraded as the queue for economy was enormous. On board the sparkling wine was a little cheap tasting but this is a minor thing. Also, the food wasn't great but there again I wasn't made to starve.

The crew on both legs were pleasant, helpful and attentive. I would certainly not hesitate to use this company again.
