i have read the reviews on Churchill Car Insurance and all i can say is i wish i`d read them first. same problem lost evidence of no claims twice despite a record of my phone call to them on the 3rd of aug. they have still cancelled my insurance on the 10th after i had sent them my proof for the 2nd time posted on the 3rd i even offered to fax information but guess what the fax number did not work. only recieved letter today in post. i wrongly assumed they had recieved everything since i did not hear anything. plus they have charged me for the privalage of cancelling,was told nothing they could do then when insisted to speak to manager, put on hold for ten mins eventually i hung up.
