Very poor. I have insured two motorcycles with the AA, previously at Bennetts. The AA switch was a big mistake. They send me letters saying sign the enclosed documents, but there's nothing in there to sign! Then they send letters asking for direct debit details even though I did them online. Then they write asking for proof of bonus even though I did this online and sent them my renewal notices. So a month in and no documents. It's actually a company called Directchoice you are insuring with, not the AA. They are using their brand. Bad idea for the AA because it's going to bring down their name. Back to Bennetts next year.
