Where to start first the First Choice - the girl in the shop booked us to Turkey but to the wrong airport with a five and a half hr transfer time. We were told that the girl had mentioned to us it was going to be a 51/2 hr transfer (as the holiday was for my husband to recover from a knee op was i really going to go for this??).
I ended up speaking to lots of different people at the top and at one point the shop booked us into a rat infested hotel(per trip adviser)we eventually had to swap and go to gumbet no where near where we originally booked.And where charged ADMIN FEEs for their incompitence.
