I would not recommend this company to anyone in any circumstance, about three months ago i was hit by a women changing lanes at a set of traffic lights. Direct line were no help what so ever to me and didnt help in pursuing my innocence in the ordeal, they couldnt even be bothered to look at the cars which would have cleared the whole situation up!! so they have now lost me my two years no claims, i have had to pay £400 for something I didnt even do and my insurance had gone sky high. Thanks alot direct line
