I went on holiday to Alicante - Spain with two other families. Two of us booked vehicles through Argus Car Hire. We received bookings for 2 different car hire outlets. When we arrived the other family were told that there was no car available (Even though they had paid a deposit). They rung Argus Car Hire from the airport who were unable to assist even when it was pointed out that they had two children with them. They advised the other family to log a complaint when they arrived home. My own car was not in the best condition (Poor clutch). When I tried to ring the hire company Dickmanns there was no answer. Overall would not recommend booking through Argus Car Hire.
