Took out car insurance with Churchill car insurance back in march this year. Sent off my NCB from previous insurer 2 weeks later they sent a letter stating they hadn`t received it,phoned and they told me it probably wasn`t processed as yet and, to phone a week later which I did and was told they still hadn`t received it but, that they still had a backlog to be processed. I received a letter later that week telling me they were cancelling my cover, again I phoned still to no avail and told them to cancel and to send a breakdown of all monies due to me.I sent off a very stern letter telling them what I thought of there outfit.Two weeks later I received what was due to me.
