Horrible company! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
Have been withthe company for years and all of a sudden not receving statements then having to call customer Service with NO HELP!! Very rude!
Have alerts set up so they would alert me od overlimits or etc... However, never received an alert just additional fees...
because of that went near my credit limit but when they added the finance charge in went ober the available credit. In which they did not alert me, just added a overlimit charge and then would not reverse it. Talked with so called management and the had said pay the minimum and I would be fine however, the next month had a overlimit fee for going over (by finance charge)$.50. Charging me $39.00 overlimit fee. this should be reversed because of their mangement informed me paying the minimum would take careof it.
I wouldn't even recemmond, Capital One to my worse enemy!
