I phoned Car Giant ahead to make sure that the car i wanted was still in stock .then i ask if i could drive away the same they and they said that's fine. on arrival i found it very hard to get parked as the site it was placed on was a narrow road industrial estate and it was very busy.when i got parked i went to look at the car an noticed it was very dirty covered in scratches i turned to the sale rep and said its not very clean since its meant to have been valeted he said oh no we only get them ready when you decide to buy it and i would not be able to drive it away for another 3 days ,so as you can imagine i was not very happy after being told i could drive away same day and i had to drive 100 miles to get there.so after that lie i started the car to see a waning light on the dash i lifted the bonnet and the rad was bone dry witha puddle of water underneath then said i don't think i can test drive .the camb belt was 8000 mile over due thats will cost me £300 to get done, the so called full service was 8000 miles over due thats £200 at a main dealer plus no warranty unless you pay for it add it all together with the price of the car and admin fee its a rip off for a car that states 1 owner but reality its had lots of owners that don't care how they drive it
if i was you go else where ,spend a bit more but save thousands in the long run
