Very very poor service i terminted my contract with Unicom about 1 month over the 12 months back in march 2006 to be told about a 3 year rollover what i didnt accept as i was ceasing trading and going into full time time employment was asked to fax across several letter wording this which i did and didnt hear anything then till april 2009 again asking for a balance of over £800 so again i rang and had to do more faxing this time it was being dealt with by a debt agency called univeral or something and now august getting statements again asking for the balance of £834 again surely this cant be right? and to make it sound even more dodgy is fact the agency have agreed to half the balance almost as if just to get some £ out of it what can i do?

I found this review very helpful because, once again it highlights the methods of Unicom in their dealings with their clientele. I am surprised that a public utility company can be so ruthless. One would have thought that bodies such as Ofcom or Office of Fair Trading would have applied pressure sufficient to allow Unicom customers to enjoy the benefit of a fairly drawn contract.
