I have been with Orange for well over around 10 years and never really had a problem. Service has always been pretty good and I live in the middle of no-where. Customer service is a bit hit and miss but this is the same as any customer services now, but on the whole they are quite helpful. I have a contract and they look at your contract every 6 months to check usage and you are able to down grade if not using all your minutes which I find is pretty good. However upgrading is a total nightmare, they always fight you on the phone you want but if you are a new customer you can get the phone you want. Very frustrating for people that have been with Orange for this amount of time. You are able to upgrade through ie Carphone Warehouse though, so I have just upgraded but not through Orange direct, very frustrating. On the whole they are pretty good.
If they actually sort out their upgrade department then I would not have a problem.
