This is only my second purchase from Bathstore and will definitely be the last. We bought a bath that turned out to have an egg shell crack under the protective film (a manufacture fault only discovered after fitting!). After a lengthy battle with unhelpful staff it was finally replaced. Less than two years ago I purchased a bathroom cabinet from the Newport store at a 'sale' price of £70 (supposedly £120 full price). The silvering has now begun to wear off. With only one exception I have found staff to be defensive and unhelpful and the attitude seems to be that if the goods are over a year old it's my hard luck. Apparently their quality department say that this is the only complaint of this nature they have ever had and it must be that my bathroom is poorly ventilated (it isn't)! My advise to anyone is DO NOT SHOP AT BATHSTORE!

    I found this review very helpful because I am having the same problem, we have found a crack in our bath and they are saying that it has never happened before!
