RBS Travel Ins only operate via an 0870 number. In daytime this costs 6.39p/pm.
It is not unusual to wait 15 minutes to speask to an agent.
They flatly refuse to give out territorial numbers.

First you get a spiel about FSA then you are given a menu to click from then you get the canned music.

Absolutely disgraceful!!!
